We talk about his son, Colt Toombs, and how he is now following his dad's footsteps in becoming a professional wrestler. How far away is Colt from WWE? Is Hot Rod a dad and now a manager to his son? We talk about WWE's "Shooting Straight" Panels that will likely precede major Pay Per View events and how Roddy Piper would be a perfect fit for a panel. We talk about CM Punk and how his "heat" on the RAW after the Royal Rumble was very "Roddy Piper esque". Hot Rod has high praise for CM Punk and gives him lots of love in this interview. We also joke about being in Toronto shooting a TV pilot with Bret Hart, and finally, after 21 years, Roddy Piper FINALLY avenged his loss at WrestleMania 8 against the "Hitman" - find out how by watching the interview below. |
