JBL Update-WWE Network, JBL and Cole Show
Author: JBL
February 22nd 2014 - It's amazing to me that Bermuda is not over run by tourists in the winter, this was today at Wahoo's for lunch at St George. I'm now on a plane heading for WWE Elimination Chamber in freezing Minneapolis. Not sure why more don't realize that Bermuda is only an hour and a half by plane off the East Coast-but it does make the golf courses less crowded.

Excited for this week. First Elimination Chamber-I think the PPV is really solid. My only Elimination Chamber years ago I was still in the pod and some fan yelled, "Hey JBL, you fat***. What are you doing in there". I literally turned around and said, "I have no idea". That is the worst thing WWE has ever built, everything in it hurts. Glad to be commentating for this one.

The WWE Network launches this week which I am sure everyone is aware. I truly believe this is a massive game changer for everyone. As a fan of the product-I am going to love the content available on the Network, it's a wrestling fan's dream. As an investor, which I do own WWE stock, I am also pleased with the migration to owning the whole eco system.

The JBL and Cole Show with Renee Young has been hijacked by Cody Rhodes lately and is doing 50% greater ratings due to our latest storyline. Very happy to see guys like Cody and Wade Barrett get to show what we knew all along-that they are extremely talented. We picked out Heath Slater to play Clem-I am a big fan of Heath and thrilled he is a part.
The Slammy for "Greatest Show Ever".

The whole idea for the JBL and Cole Show was to use it to promote talent in a way that wasn't possible on WWE's main shows-look no further than the Daniel Bryan episodes of him rapping with Kane, which did over 400,000 views so far.

Weight loss challenge update-I'm down about 20+ pounds but have a long way to go. I wanted to go back to Russia this summer but the trip fell through, so will go in 2015. This year, Michael Cole and I plan on doing Mt Rainier on Labor Day weekend.
Very sad news about Viscera-the big man was matched by his huge heart. Really enjoyed Big Daddy V and being his friend. RIP.

I love Wrestlemania season, and glad the Hulkster is back! Got to see Stone Cold in LA-love the guys who made this business so big and special still coming around.

Got a couple of projects that we are working on we hope to announce soon, nothing earth shattering but some pretty cool stuff.
